What is the WiFi?

Check your device settings for specific WiFi settings. The main router is located in the master bedroom (green) on the dresser.
When is trash collection?
Trash is collected on Wednesday and Saturday from May through September
Please make sure all items are securely bagged, placed in closed trash bins, and rolled out the night before (collection may occur early!)
What about the pool and hot tub?
The pool and hot tub are serviced each week prior to your arrival, and once during the week, by Moyer Property Services.
Hot tub: Please keep the hot tub cover on when not in use. Temperature should be kept between 98 and 101 degrees.
Pool: please keep dogs out of pool and please do not take any glass on pool deck.

What about four-legged friends?
The home is dog friendly and we ask that you please clean up after your pet. We keep poop bags, a few bowls and a leash if needed. Also, in the event there is an accident there is pet stain remover under the kitchen sink. If there is any significant damage, please contact Twiddy so they can help remedy the issue. Please keep dogs off furniture and out of the pool and hot tub. There is a year-round leash law, so please make sure your dog is always kept on a leash outside the house.

How do I watch TV or use streaming services?
The televisions in the home have a streaming device (Amazon Firestick) attached. Use the Vizio remote to change the input on the TV and the Firestick remote to access the individual apps. You will need to sign into your individual accounts. Please be certain to sign out of your accounts before departure!
A few of the televisions are hooked up to cable TV service (Spectrum), use the cable remotes to access the channel guide - printed copy in the binder in the living room.

How do I adjust AC?
The house has two A/C units with individual thermostats: located upstairs near the living room, and in the middle level at the end of the hallway
Please be mindful of usage, keep the windows and doors shut while active. Note that the temperature range is restricted between 70 and 76.
